GENERAL FURNITURE CARE GUIDE

1. Wood Furniture Care
1.1 Daily Cleaning: Use a feather duster or clean dry cloth regularly to prevent dust accumulation.
1.2 Stain Removal: Periodically wipe with a well-wring damp cloth, then immediately dry thoroughly with a soft dry cloth.
1.3 Moisture & Liquid Protection: Wipe liquid spills immediately with a dry cloth to prevent moisture penetration into the wood.z
1.4 Sunlight Avoidance: Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight to prevent premature fading or material deterioration.
1.5 Impact Care: Prevent sharp or heavy objects from impacting or scraping the surface to avoid denting, deformation, or coating damage.

2. Natural Rattan Furniture Care
2.1 Daily Cleaning: Dust regularly with a feather duster or soft brush to prevent dirt accumulation in weave crevices. Avoid coarse cloths or harsh rubbing on dry rattan to prevent snagging fibers or loosening joints.

2.2 Deep Cleaning: Blot stains gently using a soft cloth dampened with clean water. Dry with a soft cloth and allow to air-dry completely in a shaded or breezy spot. (Caution: Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol, or acids/alkalis, as they ruin the natural finish. Excessive sun exposure may cause adjacent wood parts to discolor).

2.3 Placement: Keep away from high-humidity areas to prevent mold, and avoid continuous direct sunlight to prevent rattan from drying out, brittling, or darkening prematurely.

2.4 Weight Limits: Avoid placing heavy point loads on specific areas for extended periods to prevent structural sagging or distortion.

3. Danish Cord Weave Care
3.1 Daily Cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner fitted with a soft brush attachment along the weave lines regularly, or gently dust with a feather duster to prevent dirt from settling deep into fibers.

3.2 Liquid Spills : Because paper cord absorbs liquids quickly, blot spills instantly with a clean dry cloth or paper towel. Do not rub, as friction spreads stains and causes fiber fraying. Allow to air-dry naturally.
3.3 Chemical Avoidance : Never use detergents, soaps, household cleaners, or soaked wet cloths, as moisture weakens paper fibers and causes permanent damage.
3.4 Placement : Place in dry, well-ventilated locations away from dampness to prevent mold. Protect from direct prolonged sunlight to prevent UV degradation, color fading, and fiber brittleness.
3.5 General Handling : Avoid sharp objects, pet scratches, and concentrated heavy point pressure (such as standing or stepping on woven surfaces).

4. Laminate Surface Care
4.1 Cleaning : Wipe with a cloth dampened with water or mild soapy water, then dry immediately. Do not leave standing water around edges or seams to prevent swelling.
4.2 Protection : Avoid abrasive scrubbers, corrosive chemicals, and direct placement of hot cookware to prevent discoloration and scratches.

5. Steel Frame & Leg Care
5.1 Cleaning: Wipe with a clean, soft, dry cloth. If using a damp cloth, ensure it is thoroughly wrung out and dry immediately afterward to avoid water spots.
5.2 Rust Prevention: Avoid high-humidity placements and protect against sharp metal scratches that chip the protective coating and invite rust formation.
